Write a letter to a friend describing the new house your parents have just bought.

Dear Tony,

I'd really you about our new house by the sea. My parents bought it last week and we are all about it. We hope to use it at weekends and during the summer. Perhaps to come and stay with us there during the summer.

I think it is a lovely house. All the rooms since there
houses between it and the beach. There is a dining room and a living room which have windows . By day and night we and look out at the sea. Sometimes we can see the lights of the village across the bay.

I have a lovely bedroom and a nice desk. There is a big bedroom for guests. The kitchen is lovely and . We are very pleased because it is large. My father likes the house because it has a garage for the car to getting rusty in the sea-air. because I can walk straight on to the beach from the house! You'll love it.
