Present -> I wish I left now.
Past -> I wish I had left yesterday.
Future -> I wish I would/could leave tomorrow.
Instead of 'wish' we can use -> If only
If only I could see you !
I wish I were at home now.
Ι wish you would stop speaking !
BUT -> Ι wish(want)to see you next week.
